Photographer's Note
This isent a shot taken from an aeroplane.
This is what it looks like after you reach Sandakphu which is at a height of aprox 11900 fts. I could have sat hours looking at this scene but weather here is extremely cold. and the air currents can rip your skin apart.
Sandakphu offers a wonderful view of Mt kanchendzonga worlds 2nd tallest peak.
Mt Everest , Pandim , Lotse. The three Sister could also be spotted from here

Hi Rima,
11900 fts??? Wow. It really looks like a dreamland. Very good shot, it's a little blurry, probably caused by the coldness. This pic gives a feeling of calmness.
Regards,
Gordana.

Sure it 's on from the same planet :D ? Although the front sun distorts the horizon line it 's still very well achieved .

This certainly appears to be the top of the world with the clouds streching endlessly. I think the flare and reflections ad a bit of interest to the pic in this case. The ones in the upper right even look like they could be planets.

Hello Rima,
This is an "out of the world" picture. Excellent... and the framing worked so well... But, just a clarification Mt.Kanchendzonga is not the 2nd tallest peak. That goes to K2 in Pak- China border. The order goes this way Mt. Everest (Nepal / China): 29,035 feet, K2 or Mt. Godwin Austin (Pakistan / China): 28,250 feet, Mt. Kanchenjunga (India / Nepal): 28,169 feet
