Photographer's Note

HI all...First of all Wishing you all the very best for upcoming Durgostsav 2011.
This year I wanted to create a series of Goddess Durga Faces ( Different color & situation ).
This is my First Sharing in this regard and waiting for your valuable comments.
Picture Taken @ Kumortuli and Have used PS CS3 to create the Frame

Very beautiful! The canvas over Her head looks like a ghomta. Fine close crop & the BG blue create a good contrast. Well done!

wow, nice catch Arijit. You captured the frame very well. It's just like a lady veiled with shari... The face of 'Maa' is looking superb which is captured with nice sharpness and great details. A very nice work brother. Tfs.

I like the image. The photo is very nicely composed, and very creatively presented. Overall tone is very soft and gentle. The background and the cloth match perfectly. I do not need to speak extensively about this image; the photo speaks and expresses for itself quite well. In your photo I see a very fine sensibility. I simply like the image presented to us as it is.

it is ever nice to see your photos showing these gods in a so good way. I liked here the soft light and the way you used the blue fabric covering the head of this godess. simple and very beautiful image. TFS.
