A beautiful capture of a beautiful little child. The light on her face enhances her innocence, making her look angelic. I think it is the tiniest bit oversharpened, otherwise perfect.

What do you want this photo to signify? What is innocent in this? Is it innocent that the child has no proper clothing? Are you trying to say that despite the child's poverty, she is happy? This is a very strange photo to me because you provide no context to the differences inherent to child poverty and inequality.

I think the photo speaks for itself- there is much to take away from her expression, clothes and background: interpret what you will. The photo also looks to me technically excellent.
