Photographer's Note

I am back in Tbilisi. Most of the tourists go to Narikala Fortress to have a nice view of the Tbilisi. But there is also another point of view - Mtatsminda.
In the photo you can see the Trinity church, Presidential Palace, and the huge pipes that are still not used. Something like white mushrooms on the left side is the Public Service Hall.

Mtatsminda Park is a famous landscaped park located at the top of Mount Mtatsminda overlooking the Georgian capital Tbilisi. The park is situated at the 770 metres height, the highest point of Tbilisi, on the area of more than 100 hectares. It is connected to a motorway (Tbilisi-Okrokana Direction) as well as a funicular, built in 1905. The upper station is at 727 m above sea level and the lower station is at 460 m above sea level. The park was founded by the Soviet government in the 1930s and was once noted as the 3rd most visited public park in the USSR. (Wikipedia)
