Her expression and slumped body pose says in all, not to mention the blank time table! Clean, sharp and full of detail. I especially like the two ticekts sellers just behind the rails.

Hi C: the beat goes on - another sparkling portrait from what loks to me like Tibet... The way you handle the near and far, the differential in size between the bored woman and the one behind at the ticket counter wth her back turned... superb. And with an old 300D eh? There is not a damn thing wrong with Canon, I say...
Best,
-F
ps. Cool, cool title...

Hi Caleb
Great bg you have found her at this bus terminal. Love the traditional Tibetan dress. Very sharp and great colors. What atmosphere you have captured here. Well done.

Hi Caleb,
These places are a rich source of inspiration, and the emotions found there are common across the world.
You've caught the atmosphere well and the composition is very good with the figures nicely placed. It's maybe a shame we can't see more of the woman's hat but I guess it would have been impossible to include more without taking away from the background.
Good one!
Brian

Hola Caleb,
Me gusta lo bien captada que está la escena , tan cotidiana y tan normal. Y esa expresión entre aburrida y resignada de la mujer en la sala de espera.
Bien compuesta y muy expresiva.
Saludos,
Mirari.

Luko once said that 3 is a magic number. Here too is the magic of 3. All three different, 3 different preoccupations, beautifully laid out. A really strong composition.

excellent shot! the washed colors and this woman's attitude tell us all! Her boredom, her resignation, and also the passing hours... I quite like this shot! Cheers

Here's a true fav.
I LIKE this distance, that gives the context all its power.
Languish and boredom, we're pining away with the woman at the sight of this scene, very similar to what we can expect at the national health offices.
Composition is also one the main aspects in the image, number three like Animesh points, 3 attitudes (even there is a fourth character in the right hand side he doesn't count for the image), three vacant blue chairs, three main ideograms over the counter.
Great photography, the one I definitely like, not unidimensional : there is room for people, for context, for a story and for dreaming about somewhere else.

Absolutely superb, many scenes bound all together, the lady in the foreground just has an incredibly nice attitude...

Caleb, this is a breathtaker.
Happy I have stumbled upon it. What could I add to some of the astute criticisms? Well, I just LOVE this one. The cerulean blue of the plastic chairs, so out of place and so discordant with the lovely native-looking woman sitting on one of them; the very fine composition and pure colours; the feeling of the moment. Simply breathtaking.

Hi Caleb,
congrat for this very good one
i love the composition very much and so many things happen in this image that we need time to appreciate all attitudes.
Bravo.
