Hello Maurizio, this is a lovely picture, two friendly men talking to one another with a soft smile. I like the hands and the beard of the man on the left very much.
I think it's a bit a pity that the third man is totally hidden, I don't think that if you stepped completely to the left, you could have seen him between the other men.

This is a good photo of showing how life goes on in another place of the earth. I like the angle of the two men's heads, so close to each others, showing their close relationship. It was good you didn't take a portrait-like photo of them.

Nice picture, One can almost hear what they are talking about...
I can never make myself take pictures of people that I do not know. By the way did they see when you took this shot or you used something like zoom?
Old men always think that only old men like them can understand thier thoughts, and I think this is what their looks at each other say.
