Photographer's Note
Delicious food is cooked in the traditional restaurant's main room. The heat from dried yak dung cooks the food, and makes the restaurant-home toasty warm. The family beds, are the same couches people sit on to eat in the restaurant. The earthen walls have flowered clothed nailed to them. Tibetians love color, and plants whenever they can mange it, in their barren windswept land. The temperature is 30 below 0 often at night. My bed is in a small thick walled room across the courtyard. With two huge Tibetian comforters, my artic sleeping bag, and 1/2 of all my clothes on, I sleep snug and happy through the night also.

This really captures the feel of rural Tibet. Great job! Your description of the place is perfect as well!
