Lantau Trail - stage 3 (Pak Kung Au - Ngong Ping).
Estimated difficulty: strenuous hiking.
Estimated distances (according to the info on the trail signs):
- to Pak Kung Au (alt ~340m): 3 km, 1 1/2 h,
- to Ngong Ping (alt ~440m): 1 km, 1/2 h (but in this case probably the truth is: 1 1/2 km, 3/4 h).
