A classic view of central island, in HK... I just loved the sky this evening... It was about to rain and the highest tower was touching the clouds making a fire effect on its roof. Otherwise, quite a usual pic of this place... Hope you like the originality of the sky. Cheers, Tibo

I agree, the sky is really the main subject of this one. However, you did a good job of situating the highest tower according to rule of thirds to make it the focal point. There is tons of noise in the image which is a shame (this may well be the upload rather than the original?). But otherwise it is well exposed. Lots of details and no significant burn-outs.

PS: Just had a thought: The water does not add much, I think. So, perhaps the pic would be stronger in a semi-panoramic format with most of the water cropped off? Just an idea.

Great skyline shot, Tibo. Point of view and composition are both strong -- I like the range of lighting and color in the buildings on the shore, as well as the reflections in the water. Great sky, as you say. The clouds remind me of a dramatic, climactic cinema image. Good sharpness and contrast. Effectively balanced and cropped.

P.S. -- While I do think Mik's suggestion would emphasize the buildings more, I also suspect both approaches have merit. The way you've presented it conveys a good sense of harmony and proportion.

Fine panorama. Well executed and nicely composed with light that add some special mood to this photo.

C'est vrai que le ciel électrique est pas mal du tout, un peu bruité tout de même. Les reflets sont eux aussi bien capturé.

Excellent capture, the idea is good. Maybe the ISO was too high and you got a lot of noise. Also the framing could have been better with less water because there is not much reflections to contribute to the photo.
It is a good shot nevertheless.
I did a simple WS, I hope you don't mind.

High ISO may cause that grains but i still like it(it gives the feeling of looking at the scene behind a glass/window)
