Damn that's a handsome man. The background and surroundings are distracting, too many white blown out things that are catching the eye, and the DOF is too shallow, however, you've still managed to catch a mood, and the striking thing about the shot is your subject, the rest is noticed later, not first. So, it's a fairly successful casual portrait. However, as a technically well done shot... not so good.

I agree with CedarBough that this blurry thing on left is little distracting but I really like this portrait.. and model.. wow.. he is really handsome guy :)
