Wow! and I didn't even know that China has sand dunes. Especially not as big as this one. This is a wonderful shot. I'm interested in your post processing (if any)- was the left side completely black like that in your original. ANyway, I love the shot.

The composition is nice, especially since I can see the tiny footprints on the ridge where the trekker has already covered.

I am glad to visit your album that proved that you traveled a lot and deeply digged in the wild area of China. To my taste, with less bluish on the sky of most of your pictures, they gave more "true" scenes with more attractive.
I wish to see your photos about Yunnan, the area that I am interested in.

i cann't imagine what a lone distance you have gone across,but after seeing these photos i think it is indeed a worth job and i admire for your photography! by the way, i use one of your picture on my computer desk-top from alton, named "in the shadow" on a big sand dune,itis you,right? cool!
