Photographer's Note
That's a lot of noodles! This Jinhua city street cook readys the pot as noodles are cooked for the morning breakfast. The cooking barrel is full as well. Street cooks like this serve the morning street public well and many align the street with various choices to please the Chinese taste. The soup noodles here are quite good. A line of eaters await standing behind me. I will get the next bowl. I would be happy to buy one for you.

Authentic chinese r found only on the streets. I still cherish the one I used to visit regularly at Calcutta.
Excellent foto and the composition .

Hi David,
I really like food/market moments like this, the steam and the expression are so natural, in the moment. I like your gallery of street moments in China.
Cheers

Hi David!
Looks a bit oversharpened and grainy, but I like your POV and the composition with the steam ,his pose and facial expression.
In 7 weeks IŽll be for the fourth time in Myanmar and can`t wait to have delicious streetfood, especially noodles again.
Regards,leo

Hello David,
What a wonderful picture of the food stall on the street.
Splendid with the many noodles, behind it the large amount of steam that rises and the smile of the cook.
Best regards, Paul
