Another in a series on street cooking in China. This guy uses a very very hot wok as he stir fries vegetables for customers. Quick heat ... sauce added ... ready in minutes ... real "fast food" street style.

I like this, you've timed and composed this shot perfectly. The beans sprouts midflight and the focused look on his face. Fortunately, he didn't glance up at you which in my opinion would have ruined this great cap. I would sure love to see (and taste) this someday. TFS
