In the photo center, a mother and her daughter seem deep in talk as the morning daily life flows about them. It is time for breakfast in Weifang, China and there is a variety of people here taking in some warm steamed buns to start their October 1st day. I find the suited man interesting and the one girl at a distance looking straight at me as she sells her goods. Life as it still is …. In China.

Hi David.
Busy but well proportioned crop of this atmospheric daily life scene. I like the way the eye (mine, anyway) travels from the seated man in the foreground through several levels and past the various groupings of people to that trio right up there in the top right corner - a subtle perspective effect in this vague diagonal. The red aprons make a nice colorful impression. The shot is nice and sharp and the colour looks to me very natural. Nice work.

A very nice photo here of this everyday scene in Shandong. The little girl and her Mom do seem to take center attention there, but there is so much more going on here, and the way the young lady is looking at you, with a sort of quiet interest, makes for a wonderful shot. Very nicely done.

Busy but clearly defined street scene, everybody is caught doing something that contributes to the street activity. Good character separation, and rich but not overly saturated colors.
