Photographer's Note

The jungle temples at Angkor are a truly amazing sight. I believe this one was Preah Kahn, at the back exit of the temple.

The Preah Kahn Temple dates from 1191 AD during the reign of King Jayavarman VII. He built this temple as well as Ta Prohm as monuments of h is rule. Preah Kahn was more then just a monastery - it was an entire city of 56 hectares.

I've brought down the gamma a little bit and sharpened this. Unfortunately the sky is overexposed. I'm not sure how I could have corrected for this without losing detail of the tree.
