Photographer's Note
Angkor temple taken from Phnom Bakheng. Agency advertised it as a great spot from where you can watch sunset over Angkor Wat but indeed sun sets on opposite side where was just wide greenery and fields. We climbed for about half hour on horrible heat through rough dusty road to get to the top and there were hundreds of people waiting already. Just when it seamed that we will not make it on time, large group of Korean students went another way from the line and we managed somehow (they let you in small groups cause of limited space on the temple). When we finally made it to the top, it was hared to find a free space to put lens through to see anything. Anyhow, sun started to go down and view was really beautiful but no signs of Angkor Wat. So we enjoyed a bit, even a bit disappointed, and had to run back. As we turned to the steps on opposite side from the crowds, there far down in the jungle was it! Great Angkor! Took few pics enthusiastically and had to run. That is why I love this pic so much:)

Hi Boris
Interesting take on this popular subject and nice story attached to it! :)
I like the mist and the subtle colours.
Best wishes
Kasia
