Photographer's Note

Bakong is the largest of the Roulos group of temples near Siem Reap. It pre-dates Angkor Wat. In the corners of 3 of the 5 levels reasonably well preserved and life like elephants look out from the temple. Their trunks are long gone but there is still good detail on their backs.
