Well, Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque in Bandar Seri Begawan has been described with many pictures before but I never saw it at night with such a strong black background.

Christian, c'est une photo magnifique. La compression pour la poster sur TE l'a rendue un peu floue. Pour remédier à cet inconvénient il faut donner plus de netteté avec un programme de traitement de photos.
J'ai fait un WS et tu dois voir la différence.

Well exposed night photo taken from the good spot . Very nice reflection in the water.

I would suggest to crop left side a bit - there is too much dark empty space on the left side.
Also the photo is not very sharp. You probably didn't do any sharpening after resizing it for TE. When photo is downsampled it looses sharpness. You should alway do at least some sharpening as a last post-processing step.

Excellent night picture... I downloaded it and applied sharpening when I realised that Jacques (and others) already suggested this filtering... too bad ;-((
For the rest, light is really impressive and the scene is very inspiring.
