After the whole day on the road, in rain and fog, the clouds dispersed enough to show this view of the border town of Samdrup Jongkhar.

Good morning Kasia,
splendid the view as the presentation of this foggy atmosphere over the hill,with the complex of houses and recreations buildings to cover it at all.Excellent the light and the colour management as the beauty of the place.

A very nice view almost like Shangri-La the fictional place described in the 1933 novel Lost Horizon. A nice hidden view ... with more modern looking structures. Great vantage point. Well done !

The town seems to float in the fog, which creates a surreal atmosphere. Interesting photo of a little known place.

Zdravo Kasia. I wonder if all this fog affects the head up there- does the thinking become a little foggy? It's like an apparition, a lost place appearing once more. Quite an evocative result. Srdacni pozdrav. Klaudio.

Magical! You've obviously cropped the original image, and I wonder what you've omitted. Doubtless this is a stronger composition. The mist has lent a warm, near-monochrome look to the scene. An island floating in a sea of cloud.

a town in the clouds, this image has a Shangri-La feel about it. I love the atmosphere and appeal of this image. Looks fascinating and you have presented it beautifully. Wonderful!

scena niczym senne marzenie.Miasteczko wyglada niesamowicie otulone tymi wszystkimi chmurami.Do tego delikatne swiatlo tworzace wspolnie z chmurami tak wyjatkowy nastroj.Podoba mi sie rowniez sam kadr i panoramiczny format zdjecia pasujacy swietnie do tej sceny.

hi kasia,
there is a fantastic atmosphere and mood to this picture. the hilltop houses rising out of the low mist is superb. while the warm light helps create a lovely feel to the whole scene.

How could I possibly have missed this photo? Just because I was on a Greek island when you posted it should be no excuse. ;-) It's a fantastic, almost dreamlike view of the village rising from the clouds. The yellowish tone and the panoramic shape also make this a stunning picture.
