i caught this shot on a rainy day while i see
a group of children enjoying rain very much and playing.
i like thier enthusiasm and found that they are so sponteneous ignoring cats and dogs rain and chances to catch cold and fever.that is on of my favourite shot.

loved your image its very strong, the sharpnes of the rain adds to the picture. Its even balanced all the subjects are in the middle lookin at the child in the center. in addition the details of the drops on the ground its a really wondurfull black and white picture great for you and welcome to trekearth!

Your picture is... powerful! I experience a similar scene in Cambodia. The strong rain started, adults ran in to hide, kids ran out to play... You catched this moment beautifully! Bravo!

that is such a touching image jashim !
the innocence of those children is obvouse in thier joyful way of playing ...they dont care of they might catch cold or anything because they are just enjoying thier moment ..and that's what i miss in being a child ...great shot jashim ...

Looks like you don't fear rain, and that's good... I don't know of better time to shoot images than when it's raining.
Apart from slightly hot white areas, this is a fantastic composition. Nothing like a snapshotty "cute kids" photo : Adnan triggered the Magnum word, he might also be right.
