Traditional Armenian Easter Table must have:
1. Atsik: On Easter, Armenian housewives, put a small plate full of sprouted wheat seeds on the festive table, and call it ‘atsik’: Atsik is the symbol of dying and resurrecting life. You plant the wheat grain, it dies, and then it shoots and the wheat germ with a green sprout growing from the core symbolizing the beginning of new life.
2. Red colored eggs /other colors are also used for decorations and children but mainly Red is to be dominant/: The color of Lord's blood on the round world we live.

Also that is accepted to serve these days fish, rice, dried fruit, raisins, different types of edible greens, pastry dough, lavash (traditional Armenian flat bread) and wine!
