Photographer's Note

The path from the parking lot leads, in a southeasterly direction, somewhat uphill. On the left, the first remains are of the House of the Oil Press. Its mosaics are unspectacular, and just ahead, one sees the Capitolium, from the rear. This temple was dedicated to Jupiter, Juno and Minerva and is one of the largest in Africa. It fronts on the forum.
