...Still during the week-end with Didi, We went for a walk in the famous Bourges'swamp. It's a very plaisant place where nice people grow vegetables as you can see. That's why i propose you this evening the real vegetable soup receipe from my mother:
1/2 of potatoes.
1/4 of leek.
1/4 of carrots.
Salt, pepper and cream
Peel,wash and cut vegetables into little cubes.
Add water about 2/3 of vegetables volume.
Let it cook 20 min after the valve begins to turn.
When ready, mix the préparation, add salt and peper, it's ready.
You just have to add alittle bit of cream to get it colder in your plate.
