ngorongoro crater has a high salt lake with licks all around..a gathering place for all creatures..and a super place to see them...kills dont seem to take place here as most of the species honour each others prescence in this basic live sustaining situation..
move further out into the grass and bush and the claws come out!!

Hi Geoff,
To me, this photo stands out because of the 'layers' of the picture. The colours seem to blend in to each other from one layer to the next, with the dark mountain separating the brown layers from the blue. Well composed and good colours.
