Photographer's Note

Kolmanskop (mining village built 1908, deserted 1956) turned out to be one of the biggest and most pleasant surprises in Namibia. Having seen only few pictures from the place, I thought there was much less to it. But Kolmanskop is full of amazing houses and rooms, and has much atmosphere.

Here a bathtub outside one of the residential houses.
