Photographer's Note

The Place Djemaa el-Fna in Marrakesh, Morocco. By day the place is filled with snake charmers, healers, and all manner of venders. When night falls, dozens of food stalls materialize from nowhere. Off to the side, the juice sellers, story tellers and musicians set up shop. The steam off of the cooking mixed with the light from gas lamps make an atmosphere of mystery. Truth be told, this is some of the best food in the city, and as long as you choose a vender that is being frequented by the locals, you are in for a very good meal at a very reasonable price. They say that in many places you should avoid eating from the street venders. In Marrakesh you would be missing out on a fantastic experience.

This shot, taken above my head with a Nikon Coolpix 2500.
