Photographer's Note
I was looking around in my archive when this photo appeared. I certainly have better things to offer, but I rarely show everyday scenes and this one seemed perfect for a laugh. Taken 10 years ago in Taroudant, Morocco, a city not very popular with tourists. The face of the boy coming out of the toilets is really symbolic, he really seems to say "finally" after finishing his needs, and even the boy who turned to him seems to have felt his breath of relief. I hope you enjoyed it.

I migliori saluti

Bonsoir Luciano,
Tu as bien capturé l'expression des personnes. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails de la façade de l'immeuble. La lumière a un bel effet sur les couleurs de l'image. Bonne soirée.

Ciao Luciano,
Lol! An astute businessman has realised people get bored waiting and is selling cigarettes at right. An excellent daily life scene. Tfs!

Salut Luciano,
Originale scène pour une photo mais bien banale situation dans la vie de tous les jours, les visages sont expressifs, bon effet de spontanéité, bon rendu luminosité et netteté.

Hello Luciano,
It's an amusing photo and there are enough details to tell me about street life in this town just as much as any photo of an ordinary mosque or market stall. I feel deeply with the man's relief of leaving the toilet. It could have been me stepping out of there! ;-)
Best regards,
Gert

Caio Caro Luciano,
I smiled when I saw your photograph.
I'm not so sure that the guy is showing his relief at using the facilities. To me, looks to be insinuating, "OMG! What a place! I'm glad to be out of there!' We've all experienced toilets which create that sort of response!!
But, it was a fine, spontaneous photograph.
I like how a triangle is created by the guy in the toilet looking at the older man, the older man looking at the man on the kerb and the man on the kerb looking at the guy in the toilet! We can feel the the connection moving round them!
Have a good day,
Bev :-)

Hello Luciano, the expression on the face of the man emerging from the toilet could be interpreted in one of many ways!
An excellent observation of daily life!
Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hello Luciano,
A very nice daily life photo, which was perfectly timed to catch the young man's expression. The sunlight was appealing as well, especially in combination with the yellow walls.

watching the image I thought he was the ruler of the WC and was announcing it was listen to be used.. nice details of the image with a good quality and showing typical local personages. Moroccans hate photos, nice they weren't watching you.
take care

Ciao Luciano
Vous avez osé présenter une scène de rue très drôle car je n'ai pas encore vu sur TE de téléversement 'glorifiant' ce besoin essentiel de la société! Un sujet inédit, bien sûr!

Hi Luciano
A place where photo opportunities can certainly be found and this also conjures up an image of little boys competing in the school bogs... he.. he I have embedded the idea too deep perhaps in too many minds. Good for silly Sunday

Hello Luciano,
Funny daily life-picture with interesting facial expressions.
Also striking is how the person coming from the toilet seems to pull himself up from a dark hole.
Well composed.
Best regards, Paul

Hi Luciano.
A nice photo of the daily environment, in this case with the boys at the door of the bathroom, the older man seems to be the guardian of them.
Sharpness, lighting, color, and the magnificent composition; they are all perfectly realized factors.
Well done. I like it.
You have a good day.
Very best regards.
Luis.

Ciao Luciano,
Very charming photo but I imagined seeing the title that the story behind it will be quite different. I thought you may have been in a desperate need of the toilet and then seeing this sight you shouted "finally".
Great addition to your reportage from Morocco,
M

Hello Luciano,
This photo was taken 10 years ago, you kept this for yourself to laugh all these years......Finally! you shared this with us, yoUUU !!
Ha!Ha! this picture reminder me of Egypt. In Egypt, you've to pay to use it or even to look at it ( kidding ).
I can see the same re-action the guy was making. To me, I don't mind paying if the toilet is reasonable cleaned. Not to pay for a dirty and stinking toilet :-(
The old man must be saying to him, you still have to pay and taking no excuses.
Or the guy seemed desperate because he dropped the car key in the toilet and got 'flush'. The boy looked at him in 'shock' , not my father's car key !!!
The old man said to them, nothing much I can do but you can used the toilet for 'free' :-)
Thanks for sharing this 'toilet commotion'.

Hello Luciano,
I think the boy coming out of the toilet is saying, "Hey, toilet keeper, water is not running in these toilets. Pour some cologne over my hands." Well, that is my imagination.
Regards,
MT
