Photographer's Note
We were invited by that boy on a cup of tea in the Middle Atlas. The rest of the family, mostly women, kept respectful distance while were swallowing the delicious mint tea. The boy took position close to these donkeys, waiting for us to finish.
He had a happy smile.

hello Asparuh,
I like a lot your version of what B&W means :)) I like the photo too, the warm smile of the kid makes the photo very engaging. also, the shot is a great illustration of the daily life and how dependant the people are on donkeys for transportation along the steep mountain paths. the timing is perfect, I like a lot the pose of the donkey in the middle - it seems to be contemplating how to look best in your photo. very nice work, my compliments.
best,
Kristine

Hello Asparuh
Morrocan people in the countryside are very hospitable, and always happy to share a cup of tea (maybe some sebsi too ;) You show us a nice encounter with this friendly looking boy in a pleasant B&W composition. I like his expression, and the donkeys add context to the scene... Thanks for sharing this moment with us!!

Hi Asparuh,
A wonderful black and white with this boy and his welcoming smile. I love the donkeys in the background so typical of Morocco everywhere. A nicely composed scene with him sort of framed by the tree and surrounded by the donkeys.

Wanda

hello asparuh
love the scene. looks almost like an illustration to some folk fable... expressions on ALL of them are pricelesss... i wish, i was not as shy as i was with my camera when we were in morocco i similar situations (that's an awkward way of me saying: i wish it was me who took the photo).
regards,
kristaps
