CRYSTAL WATERS, a photo from Flacq, North

Photographer's Note

Against the cold winter i post photos which can travel us. Flacq is a district of Mauritius, situated in the east of the island. The capital is Centre de Flacq. It is the largest district, having an area of 298 km², and as of 2000 has a population of 126,839.
This district houses the village of Flacq, which is well known for its market. This market is on most tourist brochures.
There is also the small village of trou d'eau douce, from where visitors take boats for tours on Ile aux cerfs island
BelleMare plage beach, an exotic beach with white sand and nice lagoon attracts a lot of Mauritians and tourists. Leading internationally reputed hotels namely O&O Le Saint Geran, Belle Mare Plage, Le Prince Maurice and others are found on the coastline of the Flacq district.

I love this kind of high horizon composition. It works, also at this idyllic beach. Good picture.

Many people in Europe share your anger about the banks widening the gap between the rich few and the many poor. I hope your dark prognosis in today's post won't be true and that somehow, things will pick up again. Keep the faith.

impressive this not deep waters , the white sand and the transparent waters are fabulous and these details of far landscape ahead are very beautiful. it would be nice if there was some element more in the foreground.TFS.
