Crossing preview, a photo from Rift Valley, West

Photographer's Note

As I have probably mentioned before, August is a migration time for most of the animals in East Africa... Mara crossing by wildebeasts is one of the most spectacular happenning during this period.
Here is a little preview, this is not Mara, but another small river, but the action is there...
I will post some shots of Mara crossing later on (still working on it)

Salut Irina,
c'est un beau mouvement de "foule".J'ai en tête
un reportage de la télé ou l'on voit les buffles traversr de façon perilleuse les grands fleuves,ils se pietinnent entre eux,les prétadeurs attaquent les "hésitants" et autres faibles,et les crocos se régalent aussi.

Very natural geographic, Irina. I love wildlife photos and this one is full of action. You're lucky to have witnessed such spectacular view, which we only see on TV. )))

Excellent, dynamic shot.. full of action and tension.. Strong dramatism created by Nature.. animals struggling with the river.. so unusually composed as their body would fly..
