Addis Ababa

Photographer's Note

Again, most of us think of Ethiopia of starving babies, but here's a hipster hanging out waiting for his bus in the Piazza in Addis Ababa.

Ethiopia is very Italian influenced. Coffee is a religion (do a google search for "Ethiopia Coffee Ceremony") and the Macchiatos are better in Addis Ababa than they are in San Francisco.

I like your picture for colors and way you framed it.
By the way it's the first time I know about such Italian influence in Ethiopia after 60 years we left the country, I hope that they enjoy coffee. The dressing style in the picture seems more Los Angeles.
