Photographer's Note

Another set of hieroglyphics taken at night in the temple of Kom-om-bo along the Nile in Egypt. Shooting conditions were very good that night because the air was clean and there was no haze, and there are various small lights along the walls to illuminate certain glyphs. The pictures I took came out with varied levels of success, but I liked this one a lot and consider it a companion to the other one I posted. I did have to straighten and crop this slightly...the wall itself does tilt now, but the lines made it too distracting to keep it that way.
