Photographer's Note
Each time when I upload a new photo, I have a problem with what to post. The pictures of temples and reliefs compete with photos of real life. I do not know what is for you more interesting.
After my "adventure" in the shop (it is not my last adventure!) I was in the fantastic fish market, the best I have ever seen, and I love fish markets, then I was in fishermen harbour, with a lot of colourful boats and activity, and finally to the new marina. It is an elegant, colourful touristy place, with a lot of expensive yachts, Ike and Costantino would be delighted. When I walked along the coast, a guy in a kiosk called me. He asked if I would like to go by boat with the glass underwater windows. The trip was in ten minutes. I wanted to go, why not. The boat sailed to the place over the reef and then stopped. It was possible to snorkel around. I like snorkelling, it was a reason to stay in Hurghada, but I had no swimsuit, and the water was too cold. So I enjoyed the views through the windows. I remember that for me it was impossible to swim and to take photos with my waterproof camera, so probably from the photographic point of view, it was the better solution.
Two more similar pictures in the Workshop. I hope you will like it.

Hi Malgo
Looks like the Great Barrier Reef or the fringing coral reefs around El Nido in Palawan. Nice repetition of the striped fish. Tfs!

Hello Malgo,
For me photos showing real life are usually my #1, but of course that includes fish. ;-) These photos look so clear and sharp that I thought you had really taken them when snorkeling. I didn't know pictures taken through such underwater windows would look so good. They're fascinating.
Thank for your latest comments. I had originally written in the note that not even you seemed to have been at that madrasa. "How is it possible?" ;-)
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Malgo,
It is difficult to post photographs for the interests of others, for we all have different likes and different experiences; my advice would always be (unless specifically asked) to post what you feel proud of.
I like this idea of photographing the fish, swimming in their natural environment. Those striped examples look to be wearing rugby jerseys!!
I like how we can appreciate the gradual change of the sea colours from green to blue.
Have a good day,
Bev :-)

Hi Malgo,
You have captured well the movememnt of the fishs. The point of view is showing the details of the sea floor and of the fish. There is a good contrast between the colors of the picture. Have a nice day.

Hello Malgo,
I think not that you can have trouble for placing a picture
You as photographer know perfect what you find nice.
What an other member think, that than his problime.
This are not the most easy picture for photography.
Also colours and sharpness make your picture very attractive.
Perfect presentation.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,
John.

Hello Malgo.
Indeed, according to what I had seen in a documentary on TV, this area of the Red Sea is very good for the seabed.
Here you show us three beautiful images, with rich seabeds, those striped fish give a beautiful effect to the composition.
Sharpness, lightness, color and the chosen composition are excellent.
A very nice photo. I like it.
Have a good day.
Kind regards.
Luis.

Ciao Malgo,I thought they were photos taken underwater, the quality is really very high even though you took them from the glass bottom boat, it wasn't easy, the result is excellent. Many schools of sergeant fish and nothing else, but the experiment was very successful in all 3 photos. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hi Malgo,
Beautiful underwater view with lots of fish. I think this one gives pretty realistic view of your experience. I have also made a couple of trips in a glass bottom boat in Caribbean. I really liked those but had no success with photos.

Hello Malgo,
Was that a boat with windows under water or one with a glass bottom?
I assume the former as I don't have the impression that you are looking down in the pictures.
There is clearly a lot more life in the Red Sea than on the land next to it.
Did you also see such beautiful and colourful fish at the fish market?
Long ago in a seafood restaurant in Eilat I made a choice based on photos. I chose the most colourful fish...and it tasted real bad :)
Best regards, Paul

Hi Malgo
Through glass is certainly more convenient especially when you don't have a swimming costume. 3 good "underwater" photos.

to take images underwater isn't easy, I got some when I visited bonito city and its rivers. I don't know how to swim and I never would be able to take such photos, only across the window as you did.
take care

Hello Malgo,
It's nice that you could enjoy the underwater views without going into the cold water. :-) The bottom of the boat must have been very clean and clear; this shot looks like we are actually in the water. I like the shades of blue and green, too.

Hello Malgo, before I read your notes I imagined that you were visiting an aquarium to get this view.
Perfect timing for you, as the man was just about to leave with his boat.
Three lovely shots. The glass 'window' must have been very clean for you to get this quality of picture. Excellent.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hello MALgo,
I love 'Underwater World'.
It's just , just ... I've no words for it :-)
One thing for sure, this picture and WS ... are absolutely beautiful and therapeutic. So relaxing and peaceful feel to it ... seeing all these tiny fish.
These fish ... reminder me of a Disney film , Finding Dory :-)
I did once 'snorkeling' in Koh Samui ( 2010 ). I loved every minutes of it. Too bad I don't have waterproof camera with me :-(
But your pictures have compensated my disappointment.
Tfs,
Loong
