At first glance this triple row of cartouches all appear exactly the same, but the hieroglyphs are different on each and every one of them. A cartouche is a carved tablet or drawing representing a papyrus scroll with rolled-up ends, used ornamentally or bearing an inscription.

It's an interesting photo which I am forced to look carefully at because of the title and note. The photo is sharp and well exposed, so all I need is a translation of what the hieroglyphs are saying.

Excellent close-up on the carved figures, Chris.
Those seem to be similar - but looking carefully we can detect the variable inscriptions.
