Photographer's Note

One of the very few mosques open for tourists in Cairo - Muhammad Ali Mosque also called The Alabaster Mosque on the Citadel Hill.
Built in 19th century inspired by Turkish mosques in Istanbul. Not very old then comparing to other buildings in Egypt, it's worth visiting anyway.
Because of its size one can't shot good pictures without a tripod or its substitute (I used my photo bag) - light of the flash just gets lost in this huge space and you will not see distant details
