vacination day at the childrens quarters of the Sta Catarina Hospital, in Assomada - Cape Verde. This was shot in 96, and the snanning process is...welll...I got to buy a better one.
The second kid is pretty out of frame but is afce is priceless.
And yes, sanitation conditions were no the best.
