Photographer's Note
Capoeira as a dance originated in Brasil... In general, Brasilian influance on Cape Verde is quite strong...
(Mr. Polonaise - thanks for your help)

Dynamiczne, ale czuję jakiś zamęt kompozycyjny... Chyba, że o to chodzi...
Pozdrowienia.

Hi Jerzy - In addition to the "tension" of this moment you caught here, there are some additional good elements: the kids clapping hands (surely giving the capoeira atmosphere), the strength of the feet on the floor (inc. the guy on the right), the Angolan flag in the clothes of the guy on right (another "Portuguese" country)... I like this empty space on the floor leading us deep into the scene... and congratulations for the artistic shot in ur intro... rgds, Daniel

Hi Jerzy,
That's an excellent illustration of this sport. You can "read" the picture and know what's all about.
Cheers
Marc

z pozdrowieniami, Agnieszka

Świetne !
Znakomite ujęcie - uchwycony ruch, niesamowita dynamika... A jednocześnie piękny detal pierwszego planu - sznur z kutasikami w węzeł zawiązany... Nawet słychać równomierne klaskanie i dźwięk bębenka... :))
Serdecznie pozdrawiam T.

Superb capture, J. What a great low POV you found here. We feel the action and the tension of the eminent encounter bettween the fighters.
