Photographer's Note

Another shot in the streets of Mindelo, São vicente Island, in my series/theme of Cape Verde rabidante - the hawkers or street sellers. Of course they occupy any shadow available, complicating the photographer's work.
Maybe this is the last of the series, lest I annoy you with the theme.

Hello Francisco,
I like this daily life scene. The women's colourful clothing and expressions are just wonderful. Nicely framed with the whole of the woman's body in the foreground. The quality of the image itself is just superb too. Nice one.

Se o olhar matásse, estavas a fzer tijolo nesta altura!!! Muito bonita esta foto a mostrar-nos os dois mundos diferentes de uma sociedade. O contraste é muito grande entre as senhoras vendedoras e a que vem na rua de saia amarela. Muito bem visto.

Very colorful photo of these brightly clad street vendors who look tired after a long day in the tropical heat. Very good management of difficult lighting.

Bom dia Francisco,
Para o contraste ser mais evidente, só faltava esperares mais um pouco até a saia amarela ficar mais próxima, mas depois perdias este olhar fulminante que é um dos pontos fortes da tua imagem. Tens uma colecção espectacular destas rabidantes e não me cansa nada ver mais do tema. O enquadramento vertical está excelente e a luz ficou boa.

Olá Francisco,
Cheia de vida, luz e cor! O olhar zangado da senhora em 1º plano é impressionante. Excelente ajuste de exposição - consegues contraste muito razoável na sombra e as partes ao sol nem estão assim tão queimadas.

I like this type of picture for the testimony of real life they give. Not only monuments, simple people in their every day life. I note here a good light management desipte the difficulty of high contrasted area.

Este tema está bastante engraçado!Este pov está bastante bom para mostrar a rua, elas são bastantes e os pormenores são excelentes!Acho que esta da frente não estava lá muito satisfeita!
