Encore une vue de Mindelo, prise cette fois depuis le marché aux poissons. À propos de l'image précédente, ianmcall remarquait justement qu'il n'y avait que des bateaux de plaisance et aucune embarcation locale. En voici donc, de simples barques de pêcheurs qui servent autant à la pêche au filet qu'à déloger la langouste. À Tarrafal de Sao Nicolau, on peut voir quelques bateaux de pêche un peu plus importants, mais ils sont rares.

I like the different shades of blue on the sea, sky and the mountains in the background. One can see the wind on the water surface. The ships in the background make the image more interesting (I don't like romantic fishing boat sunset shots). Technically, I would rotate to get the horizon straight and try a little different cropping - but I couldn't exactly tell you how.

I think I would darken a bit the light tones. Apart from this, the composition is amazing. I love very much these magnificient blue tones with the nice mountain background tones. The boats are great attracting subject to provide life to this beautiful picture. Well done !

Hello Fanny,
Magnifiques teintes de la mer et joli contraste entre les barques et les bateaux rouillés.
Le fait que la barque soit coupée au premier plan me gène un peu.

Le bleu de cette mer est magique. J'aimerais voir la terre (montagnes) plus foncée.
