Photographer's Note
This local artist is a sculptor... Met him while he was finishing work on a hand holding a small turtle... I bought the thing from him, guarantee that it was not "Made in China" souvenir...

Pozdrawiam,
Jurek

Hi Jerzy,
Great sunshine coming from his smile in a wonderful end of sunny day mood.
Those are the pictures you remember when you come back to your gray daily life reality.
Cheers

A jakby zrobic go w czasie samej pracy ?
No to teraz ja to samo. Jurek, Jurek, popraw sie !!!
Moze za duzo slonca ?
Wsiadaj w auto, jedz na Podlasie, napij sie polewki, przywiez nam cos...
Pozdrawiam, Wiedzmowata Grazyna.

As cute and as 'willing' is that fella in there - you missed your chance Jerzy, to kick us in the teeth...
If you got a guy like him.. USE HIM!!!
Mercilessly...
He is an artist (?) - he thinks he is an artist... Good... Vey good...USE HIM !!
They like to be exposed to the world ...
To pose... To give the interviews... To smile to the camera... USE HIM!!!
Oh, well... There is always the next time, right ?
Damn... I miss the old J.B.
The J.B. who kmnew what to do with the people...

I believe, Jerzy, that the upper shot in WS 1 and the lower shot in WS 2 are much better than the OV, in terms of the pose/expression and the fact that you caught the whole guy there + a wider view of the place... nice "project" overall... rgds, Daniel

Allways buy directly to the artists, that's what I allways try to do. This is a nice one, but the best is the complete series of 4 seen in the comparison mode.

Beats me why you chose this one Jerzy - I think all four of the shots in the WS are much better (my favourites are the top one in WS 1 and the bottom one in WS 2).
In the WS 1 shot, your framing is much better - no chopped leg and no crazy tilt (like the relaxed expression on his face too), and in the WS 2 shot I really like the movement that you captured as he works away on the sculpture. The PP of the WS shots is also a lot better.
I think all the shots would have benefited from being taken at a wider aperture though - not sure f/9 was the best choice here.
Cheers,
Ben
