One of our guide preparing tagella for our diner.

Tagella is a special meal. It is an unleavened flatbread made of cereals (corn). It is baked in the sand, over the embers of a fire, during 30 to 45 minutes.

It can be eating either like you would it bread, before the main course, and then, it can be mixed with vegetables, to make a kind of stew.
