Photographer's Note
A few kilometers before entering the Tadrart (Sahara, Algeria)
On the first day, after a few hours drive, our guides let us get out of the car as we had reached the bottom of a big dune. We climbed by foot to the top.
The crest of the dune formed a straight line so we removed the sand on a couple of meters long to make sure the cars would pass.
Drivers had to be careful to have the right speed (not too quick, not too slow) in order to pass the crest of the dune easily, that is without getting "stuck" on the crest (which happened to the second car!).
I took this picture as the first car had just passed on the other side of the dune. When the 3 cars had passed, we joined them up walking (or running...) to the bottom of the dune, on the other side.

Hello,
I find this work interesting though ofcourse it can be improved. First, I like the simplicity of this shot and the graphism here. The diagonal stripe of bright sand against which the car appears. I also like the idea to cut the car. What can be improved is the excess light at the top. It sort of ruins the graphism of the shot in how it disturb the darkness. I did some workshops

I like the hard crop and the graphic impact given by the bold diagonal of bright sand between two dark corners.
Good job E!

Bonsoir Emmanuelle

Amicalement

Salut! What is a car doing there? Were you in it? Great composition of geometry here with only two colours except for the car. Very dynamic and interesting.
