Great holmertz 2019-09-21 2:58

Hello Paul,
The workshops are all nice, but they are comparatively conventional, showing "the same colourful Indian market scenes we have seen so many times before". Please don't misunderstand my slight irony. They are all very good and interesting photos, but they somehow pale in comparison with this truly original and artistic composition. It could have been a 17th century painting, or even one from the early 20th century. The heads are placed almost like in a work by some cubist. I suppose you found them exactly like this and didn't arrange the composition yourself? (I wouldn't have touched them.)
Have a nice weekend,
Gert

Default To holmertz: Not touched

Thank you Gert,

No, I didn't touch the fish heads.
As I wrote, this was a rather dirty corner of the market place.
I never compared this shot with a painting but John thought at first these heads were painted.

Enjoy your weekend,
Paul
