Default To Didi: Many thanks, Didi

Hello Didi,
Thank you very much for taking the time to look at this photo, but especially for taking the time to create this workshop.
The result is strikingly different. I can see the huge advantages of this - all that 'rounded' distortion begins to disappear.
I have never actually used any software for post-production. I think that this has to be my next area of education. What software did you use for this? I am curious.
Also, would you tend to correct most wide-angle photos using this kind of post-production work, or are there times when you would prefer to maintain the distortion?
Thank you very much again, for your time and advice.
