Smile To kevinos: Some feeling of misty dreaming

Hello Kevin!

Thank you for your feedback. I am still relatively new to TE, but I have stopped focusing on getting points, in favor of minding the quality of the people from whom I get feedback. I recognize, from your portfolio here, that you are one of the folks whose opinion matters to me! Your images from Asia open my eyes to many facets of life there!

Regarding this shot -- on rare occasions, technical flaws may add a positive element. Here, my hope is that the noise and grain contribute to the feeling of a dream from long ago, which is how I remember this show!

If you are interested, I would enjoy corresponding a bit about life as an expatriate. My wife and I are planning to move to Mexico in a few years -- we have picked the place (La Paz, BCS) and have a home there, so we are set in our decision. I seek the benefit of others' experiences, being away from one's native land, specifically concerning the pros/cons of assimilation and any techniques or strategies that might be helpful.

Best regards,

Austin, Texas
La Paz, BCS, Mexico
