Great nobuikehonda 2011-10-09 9:43

Hello Professor Atalay,

It has taken me awhile to grasp what is presented in your image. Then I realized that you have photographed and covered almost entire Florence in one frame. I have been looking at your intriguing image with a stunning clarity for sometime now. I would very much like to see the birthplace of Renaissance at much larger size. Wouldn’t be possible to create a special exhibition at your University? This image must not stay available exclusively for TE members, but it should be made more public somehow. I am totally convinced that the image will capture even those who are not particularly interested in architecture. The photo will capture all who see the image.

With my very best regards,
Have a very productive week ahead, professor

P.S: It is true that you have created a series of beautiful Architectural Portraits with bare trees. It seems that your talent knows no limit. I wonder what Leonardo would say to you. He would have thousands of questions for you and would be most fascinated with your scientific knowledge. He would also be very interested in you as an artist. “Bulent meets Leonardo” would make a best seller.

Default To nobuikehonda: Meeting Leonardo, Newton, Beethoven

Hello Nobu,

I would love to go back in history for an altruistic reason. I would like to meet Leonardo and explain modern science to him, and modern physics to Newton, then let them take us to the next level. I would also love to go back and meet Beethoven, sell my house, and use the money to commission him to write one more symphony. Alas, we don't have those options. Thanks for the very gracious words.
