Excellent pano...great idea and beautiful location. You did well not to use a polarizer...now why didn't I think of it earlier? :) Well done..

Thank you, Hemant, for looking and also for your kind remarks about this picture.

Yes, I've taken a series of pictures before using a polariser and tried to merge them into a panorama with pretty disastrous results - great big patches of light and dark, especially in the sky. I suppose it should have been obvious, but it was Didi Massoud who first told me that you must never use a polariser when shooting pictures with a view to making up a panorama.

In fact, if you've not looked before, I would recommend looking at Did's work - he is the master of "stitching" images to make superb photographs, not all panoramas - some of his pictures are composed from as many as 60 stitched images!
