Great sagar 2007-12-12 5:17

Hi Subirda,
Why cant we smile like her? The answer is in her face, none of us are as happy as her. She might not be richest person around, neither she leads a life of luxury but she has one thing which none of us really have- a life full of content inspite of the life being very ordinary.
Wonderful portrait!!!
Regards,
Sagarneel.

Hi George,
Then may be you have a smile as pure like her. I dont have(well at I times I have, I should admit that), and I miss it!!!

The point was pretty simple , George..she represents a section of our country which does not belong to a financially affluent class..yet she has a smile as divine as this, which can only adore your face if you care a damn about your pocket, and remain contended with whatever little life has to offer you .Unfortunately, most of us(I say about the people whom I see regularly in my daily life, the common Indian middle class) having a good enough financial status(good enough to lead a happy life), and still being pretty sorry and repentive for the things they dont have. You will beinterested in a fact- Most of the cases of depression in our country are suffered by people who belong to a middle or upper middle class. This is not a data I 'm creating, this a data collected by psychiatrists in India. There may be n number of reasons for it, there's no point in digging dip into it.Rather strangely, the people who live below povety level(well another hundreds of million, or even more than that), are much less susceptible to contract depression. You know why? This is because they dont expect a lot from life, so they dont suffer from the fact that they did not get what they expected !! I dont know of the other hundreds of millions of people though!!!!Sorry.

Hi George,
Now I dont have any freaking idea of what YOU are taliking of!!!!
George I hope you have seen the title of the shot!!!! 'WHY CANNOT WE SMILE LIKE HER?'. I have just tried to give an answer of a philosophy of life that has been raised, and I have tried to answer it in my own way!!! I dont understand why you have that big a problem with it!!! I thought we followed democracy in TE, and everyone has got a right to express his opinion.
Sagarneel.
