Great rbcy1974 2007-09-24 13:47

Hello JOhn
Very nice and graphic,
great geometric, very design, very feng shui.....
In conclusion something that could easity go on the cover of some cathalog. Perfect composition.
Regards
Daniel
PS your upcoming trip sounds amazing, can you hire me as the camera bearer? I will only ask for food lodging and transportation, no salary. Where else can you get a peruvian sherpa that cheap?

Jorge no pues!!
Si el argumento mio es que tiene un peruano barato como empleado, y ya que el sueldo minimo en el Peru es mas bajo que en Chile, la opcion mas economica soy yo!!!!
Un abrazo :)

Boys, please...yes Jorge was first but depending on the size of the camel, there may be room for three people...I think I'm still going to be carrying my little d40 though so maybe Jorge could carry that, and Daniel can carry the lens...

Not sure on pay yet though,
maybe a piece of bread and all the water you can drink!!!

How many people can a camel carry anyway?
John

I have no problem with the payment, but we have to be careful with the camel loading capacity... I know a story of a truck that broke down in the middle of the desert while in patrol. Having no radio, no water, they were in despair... until a camel passed by. The officer order the 15 men to ride the camel at the same time... everybody was on top of the poor animal.... after a while, the guy in front, sitting on the neck very close to the head, noticed that a tear rolled down on the camel cheek. He told the guy behind him "Dude, the camel is crying!" The word was passed on among the 14 soldiers. When the last guy heard it, he exclaimed: "I am so sorry guys, but if I take IT out I will fall!!"

So, as long I am not the one at the back, I am fine with you guys!!

Have a nice day, and enjoy your fantastic trip

John,
You have just made a huge mistake:
I am not French!!!! I am peruvian with an italian and a canadian passport.
This is a real offense to my honour, so my cousins from the peruvian-italian mafia will look for you, so watch out....

Oh crap...you know I knew that, especially with your comments and concerns about the earthquake in August. You have France as your home country though...so sorry!!!

so...2 humps (although African dromedaries only have 1 hump), 1 american, 1 peruvian living in France with an italian and canadien passport, 1 chilean and i small porter hanging underneath the camel...they'll never even notice us. We'll blend in like sand in the sahara...
