Bonjour Atif.
Une magnifique prise de vue spectaculaire.
Ma question, comment fait la chèvre pour monter la haut, quel patience pour le dompteur et quel agilité pour la chèvre et félicitation pour ta capture.

Default To Longroute: Thanks for your criticism

Greetings Donato,

thank you for your always constructive criticism; it is always appreciated.

To deal with one point you raised here - poor Way actually had to deal only with the first paragraph, after reading his criticism, I decided I had to add more than just the first paragraph.

As for the first paragraph - my only defense is that I was on my second gin and tonic of the evening, and the alcohol encouraged a bout of verbal diarrhoea.

The British satirical and investigative magazine Private Eye has an ongoing column called Pseud's Corner, which is reserved for the most pretencious prose that they can find recently published. Reviews of art exhibitions with their flowery and sometimes meaningless prose are prime candidates. I hereby nominate my first paragraph for Pseud's Corner and promise not to do it again .

Default pretencious prose

Dear Iain,

considering the second gin and tonic and what's more considering your delightful self-irony I can only forgive you for your successful attempt at a pretentious prose...
Well, actually I might agree with that long speech about art, at least as a stimulus for an original reflection, but despite all my goodwill I was overwhelmed by the gap between that reflection and the photo.

I have to confess here - trusting in your confidentiality - that sometimes my notes were eligible for Pseud's Corner too, and what's worse even without gin and tonic!

Your sincerely,

Donato
